David E. Greer is Of Counsel at Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP. David concentrates his practice in business, estate planning, estate administration and related matters.

A Lancaster County native, David received his B.A. from Gettysburg College and his J.D. from the Mercer University School of Law. After a four year tour with the U.S.A.F. JAG Corps, David returned to Lancaster and practiced with the late Carl G. Herr and the late Hon. Louise G. Herr in the firm Herr & Greer. In addition to all Pennsylvania Courts, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

David served the board of American Red Cross for ten years, two years as Chapter Chairman. He also served as the Chairman of the Lancaster Law Review for many years. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Bar Associations.
