Derek Dissinger is an associate with Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP. He practices in the areas of Business Law, Banking and Finance, Estate Planning, Litigation and Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

A native of Central Pennsylvania, Derek attended Cedar Crest High School in Lebanon and Lebanon Valley College in Annville.  At Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Derek received numerous academic awards, served as an associate comment editor for the Duquesne University Law Review and participated in the Low Income Tax Practicum where he represented taxpayers in Tax Court and negotiated settlements with IRS counsel.

A former bank supervisor, Derek now represents borrowers and financial institutions in commercial loan transactions. Derek also represents commercial and residential landlords and tenants by drafting and reviewing leases and representing landlords and tenants in collection actions and small business owners forming entities, drafting organizational documents and contracts.

As an attorney, Derek has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Utilizing his outstanding business and client service acumen, Derek provides effective and insightful counsel on a broad spectrum of  issues affecting business owners.

Derek resides in Manheim Township and is an avid sports fan.
