The recent amendments to the Child Protective Services Law now require
that all children who have been adjudicated dependent must be appointed
a Guardian Ad Litem. The Guardian is an advocate for the dependent child
and an independent voice to insure that a child's needs are being met.
"Land Acquisition and Compatible Land Use" — Presented
at the 21st Annual Pennsylvania Aviation Conference
Christina Hausner and Craig Russell will be participating in a presentation
and discussion with aviation specialists from the Pennsylvania Bureau
of Aviation addressing land acquisition, eminent domain and zoning and
