Julie B. Miller is an Associate of Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP. Julie received her B.A. in English literature from Penn State University in 1992. Before attending law school, she worked as a legislative research analyst for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. In 2001, Julie earned her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University, where she was recognized by the Miller Center for Public Interest Advocacy for her work with the school's Family Law Clinic. She later served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph C. Madenspacher of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County. Since her admission to the bar, Julie has advocated for clients in multiple forums, including county courts and municipal boards, and the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts.
Julie is vice chair of the Lancaster City Zoning Hearing Board and she is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Bar Associations.
