Roxanne Garner is an Associate of Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP. Her primary areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Family Law and Personal Injury.
Roxanne earned her Bachelor of Arts in criminology/pre-law from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1994 and graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Arts in Criminology in 1995. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1998 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Roxanne was born and raised in Willow Street, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School.
Roxanne is active in numerous community and professional groups, including the Lancaster South Rotary Club and its Board of Directors, the Leadership Lancaster Advisory Committee, the CDBG Grant Committee, the Strasburg/Willow Street Softball Association, and various church committees. Roxanne is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Bar Associations. She serves on the LBA Long Range Planning Committee and has participated as a mock trial juror and coach. Roxanne practices primarily in the firm’s Lancaster and Willow Street offices.
