We have a varied municipal practice. We represent municipal authorities and zoning boards. One member of our practice group chairs the City of Lancaster Zoning Hearing Board and another acts as solicitor to the Ephrata Township Zoning Hearing Board. Our attorneys also appear before zoning boards, municipal governing bodies and planning commissions on behalf of individual and business clients. In addition to land development and zoning matters, our municipal practice is as varied as the subjects over which municipalities have jurisdiction.
