Aaron K. ZeamerPartner
Aaron Zeamer is a native of Columbia, Pennsylvania. He began his legal career as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Joseph C. Madenspacher of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County and gained additional experience while serving as an Intern for the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office. Now a Partner with Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP, Aaron draws upon his extensive background experience to practice law with a unique personalized approach to client representation.
Aaron believes that the key element of quality legal representation is maintaining a thorough understanding of each client’s needs and goals. Whether working with a restaurant or bar in the acquisition or sale of a liquor license, a business owner involved in day to day operations or a civil dispute, or an individual who has sustained a serious injury due to negligence, Aaron is a reliable advisor offering practical and clear solutions towards the resolution of complex issues.
Aaron frequently works with individuals and businesses to facilitate the sale and transfer of Pennsylvania liquor licenses. He represents clients in the restaurant, food service and hospitality industries. Aaron has a strong understanding of the Pennsylvania liquor laws, regularly works with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB), and provides his clients with guidance on various liquor license matters. Aaron serves on the Board of the Pennsylvania Restaurant and Lodging Association.
Aaron often appears before Magisterial District Judges and Court of Common Pleas Judges. He is a skilled negotiator and strives to resolve conflicts outside of court intervention. However, in the event going to court is necessary, he is an aggressive and tireless advocate for his clients.
Aaron is a member of the Columbia Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons and the Mountville Lions Club. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lancaster Chapter of the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association and recently served on the Board of Directors of Hands-on House. Aaron resides in Mountville with his wife, Jessica, and their daughter.
