RKG Law Welcomes A. Anthony Kilkuskie

The attorneys of RKG Law are pleased to welcome A. Anthony Kilkuskie to their expanding legal practice. For over five decades, Tony has provided trusted legal counsel to individuals, families and businesses in Ephrata and neighboring communities.

A proud graduate of Ephrata High School (1962), Tony earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University in 1966 and his law degree from Boston University in 1972. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is an active member of the Lancaster, Berks, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations.

A lifelong resident of Ephrata, Attorney Kilkuskie opened his law firm in his hometown in September 1974. Over the years, he has built a highly respected practice focused on estate planning and administration, real estate transactions, and municipal law—delivering tailored legal guidance to individuals, families, and businesses across the region.

Now, by partnering with RKG Law, Tony is able to continue advising his clients while also providing them access to the firm’s collective knowledge and depth of legal experience. His dedication to professionalism, client-focused counsel, and legal excellence remains unchanged. Tony will manage current matters from his office at 117-A W. Main Street in Ephrata and will collaborate with RKG Law on new matters through their three Lancaster County office locations.

A dedicated community leader, Tony currently serves on the Board of Mainspring of Ephrata and the Board of the Guy K. Bard Education Fund and is a Member of Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, Ephrata Lions Club and Knights of Columbus.
