RKG Law Welcomes Dominic Hite

RKG Law is pleased to welcome Dominic Hite as an Associate Attorney focusing on family law, including custody, support, and divorce matters. He brings a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to each case, helping individuals and families navigate both simple and complex legal issues with confidence and care.

Dominic earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Law & Society, with a minor in History, from DeSales University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University, where he was a member of the Mock Trial Team and ranked first in his class in Business Associations.

While in law school, Dominic served as a student intern with the Tribone Family Law Legal Clinic, managing active family law cases and working directly with clients. He also interned with the Family Law Section of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and two well-established family law firms, gaining valuable experience in matters involving divorce, custody, support, estate planning, and litigation.

Following law school, Dominic served as a law clerk for the Honorable Todd E. Brown of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas, where he further developed his legal writing and research skills while working on a wide range of family law matters. He is committed to providing clients with attentive, personalized representation, combining meticulous attention to detail with the strong advocacy they deserve.

Dominic is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations. He grew up just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as the oldest of six siblings, alongside his twin sister. He remains a loyal Steelers fan, but enjoys cooking, reading and exploring his new hometown of Lancaster with his wife, Alexis.
