Russell, Krafft & Gruber, LLP takes part in the Hempfield Community Wellness Expo
Attorneys at Russell, Krafft & Gruber took part in the Community Wellness Expo at the Hempfield Rec Center on March 8. Attorneys Lindsay Schoeneberger, Kathy Krafft Miller and Kim Carter Paterson provided information and answered questions about Wills, Estate Planning, Financial Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney. Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney are an important but often overlooked part of health planning. Everyone, regardless of their age or their current health status, should have a plan for what happens if things go wrong. Even though it is unpleasant to talk about, it is much more unpleasant to have an emergency with no plan in place.
The Wellness Expo was an all-encompassing event. Hempfield Rec Center offered free admission and small samples of their various fitness classes. This includes access to the gym, group fitness classes like Zumba and even pool fitness such as aqua spin classes. The Wellness Expo had close to 40 exhibitors from Hempfield and the surrounding areas. This included everyone from the Hempfield School District to physical therapists to sellers of natural foods, medicines and beauty products. The Hempfield Rec Center (where I am proud to be a Board member) is dedicated to improving the wellbeing of the Hempfield community. Russell, Krafft & Gruber is proud to support and assist this goal.
